Where a hotel PMS breaks for apartments
Apartments have three PMS-breaking realities that hotels do not: stays that last weeks or months, guests who never speak to reception, and cleaning cycles that are not tied to check-out but to stay length. A generic hotel PMS handles none of these gracefully.

Smart-lock provisioning
Sabee integrates natively with Salto KS, Assa Abloy Vostio and 4SUITES, plus Zapier hooks for anything less common. When a reservation is paid and confirmed, Sabee provisions a mobile key valid from the guest's exact check-in time to their exact check-out time. If the stay is extended, the key extends automatically. If the reservation is cancelled, the key is revoked instantly.
Deposits and cleaning fees
Apartments live and die on the deposit workflow. Sabee's payment engine holds a deposit at booking, releases it in full or in part at checkout, and lets the operator escalate a claim if damage is found without leaving the platform. Cleaning fees can be per-stay, per-week or exempt for stays over a configurable length.
Long-stay corporate contracts
Aparthotels attract a lot of long-stay corporate business, and that comes with special rate structures — a monthly rate that is much lower than 30 nights at the nightly rate, a caveat about extra weeks, weekly billing schedules, and per-corporate exceptions. Sabee handles all of it inside the standard rate engine, without turning it into an accounting exception every week.
