One platform, tuned to six ways of running a property.

Sabee was not built as a generic PMS with a few checkboxes for "hotel" or "hostel." Every property type on this page gets a workflow shaped around what that format actually does differently — the inventory unit, the guest journey, the length of stay, the compliance load.

Ask ten PMS vendors what makes their software work for a specific property type and most will point at the same feature list with a different logo pasted over it. Sabee's position is different: a 40-bed hostel dorm, a 12-night wellness retreat cohort, and a corporate-contract serviced apartment are not the same reservation object wearing a different label. They behave differently, they bill differently, and the front-desk (or no-front-desk) workflow around them is different too.

That is why Sabee's industry modules exist as real configuration, not marketing pages describing a generic tool. A hostel account ships with bed-level inventory and curfew rules by default. A wellness retreat account ships with treatment-slot scheduling and package pricing by default. A serviced-apartment account ships with weekly/monthly rate logic and utility pass-through by default. You are not paying for features you will never touch, and you are not missing the ones you need on day one.

What stays the same everywhere

Underneath the six industry configurations sits a single operations core: one calendar, one guest ledger, one channel-manager connection, one accounting export. A multi-property group that mixes a boutique hotel with a serviced-apartment building and a wellness retreat runs all three from one Sabee login, with permissions scoped per property and a consolidated view for the owner or general manager who needs to see the whole portfolio at once.

That consistency matters more as portfolios diversify. Independent owners increasingly run a mixed estate — a small hotel plus an apartment block, or a retreat centre that also lets rooms as a boutique stay outside programme dates. Sabee does not force a choice between industry-specific depth and portfolio-wide consistency; every account gets both.

How the industry defaults actually get set

When a new account requests access, our onboarding team asks which of these six formats best describes the property, and configures the account's defaults accordingly before the first data import even happens. A hostel account gets bed-level inventory switched on from the first login; a serviced-apartment account gets weekly and monthly rate tiers pre-built into the rate calendar; a wellness-retreat account gets the programme and cohort structures ready to define. None of this is a paid add-on tier — it is simply the correct starting configuration for how that property type actually operates, and it can be adjusted at any time as the property's needs change.

This matters most for properties that do not fit neatly into one category from day one. An aparthotel that starts adding wellness weekends, or a hostel that opens a long-stay wing for digital nomads, does not need to migrate to a different product or vendor — a Sabee account can enable additional industry modules alongside its existing configuration, so the platform grows with the property rather than forcing a re-platforming project every time the business model shifts.

Built by people who have run these properties

Several of the specialist modules on this page — wellness cohort scheduling, long-stay utility billing, off-grid check-in tolerance — exist because a Sabee customer or a member of our own team described the exact operational gap firsthand, not because a competitor analysis suggested we needed a checkbox. That is also why the depth varies: hotels, hostels and aparthotels have the longest history on the platform and the deepest feature set; wellness retreats, serviced apartments and eco lodges are newer industry configurations that we are actively expanding based on direct feedback from the operators running on them today.

Not sure which page fits your property?

Plenty of properties sit between categories — a 20-room hotel with a yoga programme two months a year, or an aparthotel that also runs wellness weekends. Talk to our team and we will walk through the configuration that fits your actual guest journey rather than the closest label.
