How the Multi-property module works day to day

The Multi-property module is what makes Sabee usable for a two-property collection and a two-hundred-property chain from the same code. It layers a group-wide console on top of every property's own Sabee, so central teams see the whole network without either losing the per-property detail or forcing local teams to work in someone else's view.

The chain-wide dashboard shows portfolio KPIs — total RevPAR, occupancy trend, pickup pace, source mix — with the ability to drill from group to region to property to room type in three clicks. Filters are persistent per user so a regional manager only sees their region by default.

Central rate strategy lets a revenue team define rate structures once and push them into every property with per-property overrides. Yield rules can be group-wide (block a channel below a certain margin) or property-specific (a specific hostel has a special weekend restriction).

Per-property staff permissions are granular. A general manager can access only their own property; a regional manager can access their region; a group revenue manager can see rates everywhere but only edit within their assigned properties. Permission changes are audited.

Group invoicing consolidates every property's subscription into one monthly invoice for the group finance team, with per-property line items for internal cost allocation. Payment is a single SEPA direct debit or a single card charge — not thirty separate transactions.

The module includes a group tape-chart that is genuinely useful for shared reservations — if a corporate client books ten rooms across three properties, the entire chain of reservations is linked and any changes propagate automatically.
