All prices in EUR excluding VAT. Annual plans available at 15% discount. Additional rooms above plan limit charged at €1.20 per room per month, pro-rated by day.
What is genuinely included
Every paid Sabee plan gives you access to all eight platform modules from day one. The differences between plans are size limits (rooms, users, connected channels) and the depth of support you get, not the features you can use. A Solo customer has the same tape-chart, the same analytics dashboard and the same booking engine as an Enterprise customer.
What is not included
Payment processing fees (Stripe, Adyen or your own PSP) are always separate — Sabee itself takes nothing from your revenue. Custom integrations to a legacy in-house system, on-premise deployment, or 24×7 phone support are Enterprise-tier arrangements quoted per project.
Onboarding pilot terms
The onboarding pilot gives you the Growth plan with two connected channels of your choice and the booking engine on a preview subdomain. No credit card is required. If you do not activate a paid plan on day 15, the environment is paused and all data is deleted within 30 days.
Migration & onboarding
Growth and above include free onboarding: data import from your current PMS, channel remapping, and up to two 90-minute team training sessions. Enterprise includes a named implementation specialist who runs a 30-day project plan with your operations lead.
Cancellation and export
Every plan is monthly with no minimum term. If you decide to move away from Sabee, we export every reservation, every guest profile, and every accounting record in CSV or JSON at no charge, and delete the underlying data within 30 days as required by GDPR.
