What happens next

Within four business hours a hospitality consultant on our onboarding team writes to you personally. They send a link to your fresh Sabee environment, a 15-minute setup video specific to your property type, and a suggested time for a 45-minute onboarding call in your preferred timezone.

You can import your existing rate plans, room types and (optionally) 90 days of forward reservations. You can connect two OTA channels of your choice and turn on a preview booking engine on a subdomain of your choice. All of this is included in the onboarding pilot with no credit card.

What is included in the onboarding pilot

  • The full Growth plan feature set
  • Two connected OTA channels
  • Preview booking engine on a subdomain
  • One 45-minute onboarding call with a hospitality consultant
  • Email and chat support with median 4-hour response
  • Full data export at the end of the onboarding pilot in CSV or JSON

What is not included

  • Production go-live on your live domain (that starts with a paid plan)
  • Custom integrations (Enterprise only)
  • Multi-property view (available on Business and Enterprise)

What we do in the next four business hours

The moment your form above lands with us, it is routed to whichever onboarding consultant on our team already has the most experience with your property type — boutique hotel, independent hostel, aparthotel operator, or multi-property group. Within four business hours, Central European Time, that person writes to you personally, not from a shared inbox. Their first email contains three things: a link to a Sabee environment already pre-configured with your property name and type, a short setup video specific to what you run (a hostel dorm walkthrough looks nothing like a boutique-hotel rate-plan walkthrough), and two or three suggested times for your kick-off call in your own timezone. You reply, pick a time, and the clock on your onboarding programme starts.

While you wait for that first email, your environment is already being provisioned in the background: a workspace is created, your property record is pre-filled from what you told us in the form, and your onboarding consultant reviews your property type and rooms figure so the kick-off call can start from a sensible baseline rather than a blank page.

What to prepare before your kick-off call

Kick-off calls move fastest when a handful of details are ready in advance. None of this needs to be perfect or final — approximate answers are enough to get started, and everything can be corrected during onboarding.

  • A list of your current rate plans, including seasonal or negotiated rates
  • Your room-type or unit inventory: names, capacities and bed configurations
  • Login access or API credentials for the OTA channels you want connected first
  • Your payment service provider (PSP) details for direct-booking payments
  • A rough idea of your current occupancy and average nightly rate
  • The name of whoever on your team should join the call — owner, GM, or revenue manager

If you would rather see the shape of the whole process before your call, our onboarding programme page walks through all four weeks in detail, and our pilot pack page explains exactly what is and is not included if you want to try Sabee on your own data before committing further.

What our onboarding consultants know

Every request routed through this form reaches a real hospitality consultant, not a generic account manager reading from a script. Our onboarding team is organised around property types, and each consultant has run enough migrations in their specialty to anticipate the questions before you ask them.

  • Boutique and independent hotel specialists have handled rate-plan migrations from legacy on-premise systems, corporate-rate structures, and the mix of leisure and business travel typical of a 20–80 room property.
  • Hostel specialists understand dorm-bed inventory, mixed and female-only room rules, group-booking parsing across Hostelworld and similar channels, and the Friday-night check-in rush that defines most hostel operations.
  • Aparthotel and serviced-apartment specialists are comfortable with long-stay rate structures, monthly billing, and smart-lock provisioning across multiple buildings under one operator.
  • Multi-property and group specialists have set up the multi-property module for operators running several sites under one management entity, including consolidated reporting and shared rate policies.

Whichever consultant you are paired with stays with you for the whole onboarding programme — the same person who runs your kick-off call is the one who runs your staff training and your go-live check-ins, so context is never lost to a handoff.

Frequently asked questions about the process

Do I need to sign anything before the kick-off call?

No. The request-access form above does not create a binding agreement — it simply starts the conversation with an onboarding consultant. Paid-plan agreements only come into play if and when you decide to activate a plan after your pilot pack or onboarding programme.

Can I choose which OTA channels get connected first?

Yes. You tell your onboarding consultant which two channels matter most to you and they are connected and tested first — you are not required to follow a fixed sequence.

What if my property type is not listed in the form?

Choose "Other" and describe your operation in the notes field. Our onboarding team covers wellness retreats, eco-lodges and serviced apartments in addition to the categories listed, and will route your request to the closest match.

Is there a cost to requesting access?

No. Requesting access, the kick-off call, and the pilot pack that follows are all free of charge. Costs only begin if and when you activate a paid plan.
