Who uses Sabee

The core Sabee customer is an independent hospitality operator running one to twenty properties. That includes 40-room boutique hotels in city centres, 200-bed hostels in tourist capitals, aparthotel groups managing serviced apartments for medium-term corporate stays, and small chain acquisitions being brought onto a single operating platform.

What connects them is a specific problem: they had outgrown the cheap tools that got them started, and they were not going to pay six-figure per-property fees to a legacy enterprise vendor for a fraction of what they actually needed.

Results across the base

Across the 480 properties who completed 90 days on Sabee in 2025, the median direct-booking uplift was 38%, the median manual work removed was 15 hours per week per property, and the median customer satisfaction score on the platform was 4.6 out of 5. These are honest averages — the top decile did much better, the bottom decile did less well, but the middle of the distribution is where the numbers above come from.
